1Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and eARgle Technologies LLP (LLPIN ACZ-3451), a limited liability partnership registered in India and trading as eARgle Innovation Labs. By accessing earglelabs.com, creating an account, enrolling in a course or workshop, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website or our services.

2Definitions

“eARgle”, “we”, “us”

eARgle Technologies LLP, including its brand eARgle Innovation Labs.

“Platform”

The website earglelabs.com, its learning portal, its shop and any connected service we operate.

“Services”

Online and offline courses, workshops, home tutoring, mentorship, project support, and the sale of hardware kits and components.

“Learner”, “you”

Any person who uses the Platform, enrols in a programme, or places an order.

“Content”

Videos, slides, code, schematics, notes, datasheet compilations, project guides and assessments made available by us.

3Eligibility

You may use the Platform if you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Learners under 18 are welcome on our programmes, but enrolment, payment and account creation must be carried out by a parent, legal guardian, or by a school or institution acting with parental authority, who accepts these terms on the minor’s behalf and remains responsible for their use of the Services.

4Your account

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account, and keep it updated.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials so that another person can access paid content is a material breach of these terms.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
• Tell us immediately at support@earglelabs.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• We may refuse, suspend or close an account where information given is false, where payment is disputed without cause, or where these terms are breached.

5Courses, workshops and enrolment

Course listings show the syllabus, duration, mode of delivery and fee applicable at the time of publication. Enrolment is confirmed only when full payment has been received and we have sent a confirmation to your registered email address.

5.1 Schedules and batches

Live batch dates, session timings and venue details are shared before a programme begins. We may reschedule an individual session for operational reasons and will give you as much notice as we reasonably can, with a recording or a make-up session offered where the format allows. If we cancel a batch outright, you may transfer to the next batch or receive a full refund as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5.2 Offline and home-tutoring sessions

Offline sessions take place at our centre in Anaicut, Vellore. Home tutoring is available only within the pin codes listed at the time of booking. For in-person sessions you agree to follow our lab safety rules, to supervise minors where you are their parent or guardian, and to treat the equipment and premises with care. You are responsible for any loss or damage you cause to our equipment through misuse or negligence.

5.3 Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued when the stated attendance, assignment and project-documentation requirements for a programme have been met. A certificate records participation and demonstrated work; it is not a degree, diploma or accreditation from any university or statutory authority, and we make no promise of employment, internship, placement, admission or a specific salary outcome.

6Your licence to our course content

On payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Content for your own learning, for the duration of your enrolment or stated access period.

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• Record, screen-capture, download or re-host our videos or live sessions except where a download is expressly offered.
• Copy, sell, sub-licence, distribute or publicly display the Content, in whole or in part.
• Use the Content to build, deliver or market a competing course, workshop, coaching programme or training material.
• Remove or obscure any copyright notice, watermark or attribution.

7Learner conduct

We keep our sessions and community spaces safe and useful for everyone. You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against any learner, mentor or member of staff.
• Post unlawful, obscene, defamatory or infringing material in any forum, chat or submission.
• Disrupt live sessions, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts or networks.
• Upload malware, attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform, or scrape it by automated means.
• Impersonate eARgle, our mentors, or any other person.

8Kits, components and orders

Placing an order on the Platform is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept that order and confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — refunding any amount already paid in full — where stock is unavailable, where a price or description has been listed in error, where the delivery address is outside our serviceable area, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale in breach of these terms.

8.1 Product descriptions and images

We describe every kit and component as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; the colour, brand, revision or silkscreen of a module may vary between production batches, and we may supply a functionally equivalent substitute of equal or better specification where a specific part is unavailable. Such a substitution is not a defect.

8.2 Nature of components

Electronic components are supplied for educational, prototyping and hobby use. They are not qualified for medical, automotive, aerospace, industrial-control, life-support or any other safety-critical application, and must not be used in one.

8.3 Warranty

Kits and components carry a 7-day dead-on-arrival warranty from the date of delivery, covering items that are faulty on receipt. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, over-voltage, static discharge, soldering, physical force, water ingress or normal wear. Please see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to raise a claim.

9Pricing, taxes and payment

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are payable in INR.
• Prices are inclusive or exclusive of GST as indicated on the product or course page, and the applicable tax is shown at checkout.
• Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials — see our Privacy Policy.
• We may revise prices, discounts and offers at any time. A change does not affect an order or enrolment already confirmed.
• If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back without a valid reason, we may suspend access until the amount is settled.
• Discount codes and offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

10Intellectual property

The Platform and everything in it — the eARgle name, the eagle-and-circuitry logo, course structures, written notes, slide decks, videos, illustrations, source code, schematics, kit designs, photographs and the arrangement of the site — is owned by eARgle Technologies LLP or licensed to us, and is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property law.

No right or licence is granted to you other than the limited licence in section 6. Trademarks, product names and logos of third parties that appear on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

11Your projects and submissions

You keep ownership of the projects, code, designs and documentation you create. By submitting work to us for review, publishing it in our community spaces, or tagging us in it publicly, you grant eARgle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and share that work for teaching, assessment, portfolio and promotional purposes, with attribution to you. You may withdraw this licence for future use at any time by writing to us.

You confirm that anything you submit is your own work or properly licensed, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove any submission that breaches these terms.

12Hardware and workshop safety

Our programmes involve electronics, soldering, batteries, motors and mains-powered adapters. You agree to follow all instructions and safety warnings given by our mentors and in our written material, to work under adult supervision where the learner is a minor, and to use the equipment only for the purposes taught.

13Service availability

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, security work or reasons beyond our control. Where a suspension is planned and material, we will try to give notice in advance.

14Disclaimers

The Platform and the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Our Content is educational. It is not professional engineering, safety, legal, medical or financial advice, and it must not be relied on as a certified design for any product placed into service. Outcomes depend on your own effort, practice and circumstances; we make no guarantee of any particular learning result, examination score, career outcome or project success.

15Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eARgle Technologies LLP, its partners, employees, mentors and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or connected with your use of the Platform or the Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or connected with these terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to eARgle for the specific course or order giving rise to the claim, during the three months preceding the event.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

16Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eARgle Technologies LLP, its partners, employees and mentors against any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Platform or the Services, your infringement of a third party’s rights, or your unsafe or unlawful use of any component or kit supplied by us.

17Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, in whole or in part, without notice, if you materially breach these terms — in particular by sharing credentials, pirating Content, abusing another learner or mentor, or attempting to compromise our systems. Where a termination is due to your breach, no refund is payable.

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may ask us to close your account by writing to support@earglelabs.com. Sections on intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.

18Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fire, epidemic or pandemic, strikes, civil unrest, war, government restriction, power or internet failure, courier disruption, or the failure of a third-party payment, hosting or logistics provider.

19Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by written notice to support@earglelabs.com, within 30 days of the notice.

If the dispute is not resolved in that period, it shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by eARgle Technologies LLP under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Vellore, Tamil Nadu, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. Subject to the above, the courts at Vellore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

20General

• Entire agreement. These terms, together with the policies referenced in them, form the entire agreement between you and eARgle and supersede any prior understanding.
• Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign ours to a successor entity on written notice.
• Changes. We may amend these terms; the updated version takes effect when published on this page, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
• Notices. Notices to you will be sent to your registered email address. Notices to us must be sent to the address in section 21.
