SIM800L GSM and GPRS Module

Description

The SIM800L sends and receives SMS, places calls and opens GPRS data connections over any quad-band GSM network, controlled entirely through AT commands on a serial port. It needs a supply that can deliver two amps in short bursts, so it is normally paired with a lithium cell or the buck converter listed under power.
